I am so proud to announce the launch of a project that I hold close to my heart. And, at what better time than when the world is looking for comfort. In my mind, comfort and coffee go hand-in-hand...so without further ado I would like to welcome you to Sanga Coffee and our brand new website!  

I am passionate about coffee (and cows!) and a year or so ago, I spotted an opportunity to begin a coffee business that aligned with this. But, the 'Sanga seed' was planted on a far deeper and more personal level.

Having had first hand experience with losing a loved one to cancer, I wanted to align this business with a local NGO that was making a positive and impactful difference to the lives of cancer patients. My search revealed so many inspiring organisations to choose from - yet how would I choose? Then, I chanced upon an interview with Dr. Roodt, the founder of ‘Project Flamingo’ - an incredible organisation that aims to change the journey of cancer patients in Cape Town’s public health sector. This was the right fit, and so, Sanga has been born in meaningful partnership with Project Flamingo.

As Sanga grows, we aim to expand upon our support to this worthy cause. We hope that by coming to love our coffee as much as we do, you will also choose to support the Flamingo Project and their work in providing cancer patients with the care they need.

Sanga Coffee launches with a delicious, moreish bean and ground range available in two flavours: Nguni and Ankole - our medium and dark roast blends. These African-inspired flavours are currently available in 250g and 1kg bags - and will soon be available for purchase online, right here!
